Taiji , originally a martial art, can also be practised in daily activities in and around the house ( pulling, pushing, lifting and bending) by using the same principles.
Through awareness of how you do things, you gradually enhance your sensitivity of the position where you find yourself in.
That will be the challenge: feel the (un-)balance in your own body!
Visualization of what you are doing and analyzing how you do it makes a better understanding of your action.
For example you push your partner in the way you push a wheelbarrow with as little energy as possible.
You will feel less stressed and gradually you also learn how to play free pushing hands with a laugh on your face as well on your partner’s .

The joy of relationship and playful interaction.
In these workshops we will:
Investigate the dynamics of effortless movement and power. Play with soft complete contact while allowing space for oneself and one’s partner. Become aware of the application and release of pressure. Discover habitual patterns and new ways of responding. Rest in the present moment. Experience the joy of playful interaction.
The foundation is Grandmaster William C. C. Chen's T'ai Chi Ch'uan. The workshops will be given as a progressive series and are open to all styles and levels of practice. The exact content of individual and partner (push hands and applications) exercises will unfold according to those present.
